Every opportunity undergoes rigorous vetting by experienced venture capitalists and industry experts. We provide comprehensive deal analyses, market insights, and due diligence reports to help you make informed decisions. We also encourage you to independently verify our partner VC syndicates.

Returns in startup investing are measured in multiples at exit. Your startup might become a unicorn and yield 20x–100x at exit. That said, not every startup reaches unicorn status — this is why diversifying across multiple vetted deals is key to capturing those few winners that define your wealth journey.

Registration is paid via bank transfer. Once registered, you’ll gain access to the deal flow board, where you can review opportunities and commit capital. You can send investment funds directly to Vengel or to our syndicate partner — indicate “Vengel Fellows” in the transaction details.

Vengel Fellows operates through a legally structured LLP entity in both the US and Nigeria. Your investment is protected by that legal structure — it is not tied to any individual. In the event of an investor’s demise, the investment passes to legal heirs as part of their estate, per inheritance laws.
